Arabica coffee.
Origin:
It is one of the most appreciated coffees in the world. It comes from the coffee tree, a plant from the Rubiaceae family.
Originally from Ethiopia, it is the most cultivated in the world. Its production requires an altitude of 800-1,100 meters above sea level. It grows in subtropical climates.
Flavor:
It has a great richness in aromas and flavours. Its flavour is smooth, with fresh, fruity, floral notes and a balanced touch of acidity.
- Grain shape : The grain is elongated, with an "S" shaped line in its center.

Origin:
Known as Coffea Canephora . It comes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its seed is more resistant than that of Arabica.
Flavor:
It is more bitter than Arabica and is combined with hints of nuts and wood. Its texture is rougher and creamier, making it attractive for espresso making.
- Grain shape : The grain is small, round and yellowish with a straight line in its center.
