Originally from Ethiopia, it is the most cultivated in the world. Its production requires an altitude of 800-1,100 meters above sea level. It grows in subtropical climates.

Maragogype Reserva Especial Gourmet Coffee is an immensely precious "Grand Cru" with a rare and exquisite flavour, originating from a very rare Arabica variety that evolved naturally from Arabica Typica. Known for its giant-sized beans, it has a very delicate flavour recognised by true connoisseurs.

Toasted
A selective roasting has been applied to the best Maragogype beans from Mexico, the beans are slowly roasted, achieving a (medium roast) to enhance their soft and round notes.
Aroma and flavor
Extremely fine in flavour. Maragogype Reserva Especial is defined by a smooth cream with moderate acidity. In the mouth, its character unfolds with a nuance of subtly sweet, soft, caramelized, rounded and slightly green notes. The notes to be perceived will depend on the extraction method applied. It has an Intensity of 6 out of 10.
