Instructions

  1. Add ice until the glass is ¾ full.
  2. Add enough water to cover the ice.
  3. Add the 2 Charlas Café® Espresso Shots.

Red Fruit Espresso

Ingredients:

  1. 3 Espresso Shots from your favorite Charlas Café®.
  2. 300ml of sugar-free Sprite®.
  3. 100ml of mineral water.
  4. 20G of red fruits.

Instructions

  1. Add the sugar and red berries to the glass and crush.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and pour in 300ml of sugar-free Sprite® and 100ml of mineral water.

Iced Honey Espresso

Tropical Coffee

Ingredients:

  1. 60 ml of pineapple juice.
  2. 3 Shots of espresso from Charlas Café®.
  3. 30 ml of white rum.
  4. 50 ml of coconut coffee cream.
  5. A slice of pineapple (for decoration).

Instructions:

  1. Pour the four ingredients into a glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Mix 100 ml of coconut cream with 3 shots of Charlas Café® espresso.
  3. Add 30 ml of banana oleo saccharum . If you don't have time to prepare it, you can use sugar syrup (made with a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water).
  4. Mix everything in a glass with ice, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and enjoy.

Carajillo Coffee

The origin of the carajillo is uncertain, but it is believed to have originated in Spain, where soldiers mixed coffee with aguardiente to give themselves "courage." This is where the name "carajillo" comes from.

Ingredients:

  1. Espresso Charlas Café® cold (1 cup).
  2. Licor 43 or brandy (30-50 ml).
  3. Crushed ice (to taste).

Dalgona Coffee

Dalgona coffee, also known as whipped coffee, is a very popular beverage that originated in South Korea.

Ingredients:

  2. 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. 2 tablespoons of hot water.
  4. Milk (cold or hot).
  5. Ice (optional).

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your Charlas Café® espresso and use it while it's hot.
  2. Whisk the mixture: In a bowl, combine the coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whisk vigorously with a hand mixer or whisk until you get a thick, foamy mixture.

Pot Coffee

The Authentic Mexican Flavor

Café de Olla is the perfect beverage for bringing family and loved ones together. It's much more than just a drink; it's a tradition that evokes Mexico's history and culture.

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups of water
  2. ½ Cup of your favorite Charlas Café® (medium ground).
  3. 3 small piloncillo cones 90 gr
  4. 1 cinnamon stick
  5. 1 clove (optional).

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water, cinnamon, piloncillo, and cloves (optional) in a pot. Bring to a boil until the piloncillo dissolves.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the ground Charlas Café®, mix, and cover the pot.
  3. Let it rest off the heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the coffee and serve hot.

Viennese Café

Irish Coffee

Created in 1943 by Joe Sheridan, a chef at Foynes Airport, near Limerick, Ireland. One winter evening, a transatlantic flight had to turn back due to bad weather. To comfort the tired and cold passengers, Sheridan prepared a hot beverage combining coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and cream. When a passenger asked him its origin, Sheridan replied, "It's Irish coffee."

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of hot, strong coffee from your favorite Charlas Café®.
  2. 2 tablespoons of Irish whiskey
  3. 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  4. 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream, lightly whipped

Instructions:

  1. Add the whiskey and sugar: Pour the Irish whiskey and brown sugar into the preheated glass.
  2. Pour the coffee: Fill the cup with hot coffee and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the cream: Carefully pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the coffee. Do not stir. The cream should form a separate layer on top of the coffee.
  4. Enjoy: Drink your coffee through the creamer. Don't mix the creamer with the coffee.

Café Bombón

Café bombón is a popular drink, especially in the Valencia region of Spain. Its exact origin is unclear, but it is believed to have been inspired by the custom of sweetening coffee with condensed milk.

Ingredients:

  1. Intense espresso from your favorite Charlas Café®.
  2. Condensed milk.

Preparation:

  1. Pour condensed milk into a glass. The amount depends on your taste, but it usually takes up about a third of the glass.
  2. Very carefully, pour the hot espresso over the condensed milk. Ideally, two distinct layers should form due to the density of the liquids.
  3. Enjoy without stirring, to appreciate the contrast of flavors. Or, if you prefer a more unified flavor, stir it to taste.

Cardamom Coffee

Cardamom coffee is an aromatic beverage rooted in Middle Eastern traditions, especially in Arab countries. It is believed to originate from the combination of two valuable products: coffee, native to Ethiopia, and cardamom, a spice prized in the region.

Ingredients:

  1. Use Charlas Café® AaronShis® Coffee, medium ground (coffee with cardamom and spices).
  2. Hot water (just below boiling point, around 90-96°C)
  3. Sugar or sweetener (optional, to taste).

Instructions:

  1. Add the ground coffee to the French press.
  2. Pour the hot water in a circular motion.
  3. Stir the extraction well, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Press the plunger gently.
  5. Serve and enjoy your Charlas Café® cardamom coffee.

Vanilla Latte

The latte, like many coffee drinks, has Italian roots, where "latte" simply means milk. The addition of flavors like vanilla became popular with the expansion of coffee shops in the 20th century, adapting to modern tastes.

Ingredients:

  1. Charlas Café® Vanilla Coffee Double Espresso (Vanilla Coffee)
  2. Hot milk (approximately 250ml)
  3. Vanilla syrup (2-3 tablespoons, or to taste)
  4. Optional: milk foam, vanilla extract.

Preparation:

  1. Add the vanilla syrup to a large mug.
  2. Prepare your Charlas Café® Vanilla Espresso (Vanilla Coffee)
  3. Heat the milk and pour it into the cup.
  4. Optional: top with milk foam and/or add a few drops of vanilla extract.

Lavender Latte

Its popularity has grown recently with the trend of experimenting with floral flavors in beverages, especially in modern coffee shops and as part of specialty coffee culture.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee from your favorite Charlas Café®. (Intense)
  2. 1-2 teaspoons dried culinary lavender (or to taste)
  3. 1 cup of milk (or plant-based alternative)
  4. 2-3 tablespoons of lavender syrup (or to taste)
  5. Optional: honey or sugar to sweeten, milk foam

Instructions:

  1. Infusing the lavender: If using dried lavender, infuse it in hot (not boiling) milk for 5-10 minutes, then strain. You can also use a commercial lavender syrup.
  2. Prepare the coffee: Make your coffee as usual.
  3. Mix: Pour the lavender syrup into a mug, add the hot coffee, then the infused milk (or regular milk if using syrup).
  4. Optional: Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste and top with milk foam.

Coconut Latte

Coconut milk coffee is a popular beverage in tropical regions, where coconuts are abundant. It's believed to have originated as a way to adapt coffee to local flavors, combining coconut milk with coffee to create a rich, creamy beverage.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee from your favorite Charlas Café®.
  2. 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton).
  3. Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, agave syrup, etc.)
  4. Optional: cinnamon or cocoa powder for decoration.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your cup of strong coffee as usual.
  2. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan or in the microwave, without letting it boil.
  3. Pour the hot coconut milk into the coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
  4. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.

Tips:

  1. For a more intense coconut flavor, use canned coconut milk.
  2. If you want to make an iced version, just prepare the coffee and coconut milk separately, and when they cool, combine them together with ice.

  4. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  5. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
  3. Place the grilled chicken slices on top.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad, serve, and enjoy with your coffee dressing.

Coffee Vinaigrette

Ideal for reviving that arugula, strawberry, and feta cheese salad with your coffee vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh arugula
  2. Sliced strawberries
  3. Crumbled feta cheese
  4. Toasted pecans
  5. Coffee vinaigrette (see below).

Coffee Vinaigrette:

  1. 1/4 cup of Charlas coffee Strong, cold coffee
  2. 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tablespoon of honey
  4. 1/4 cup olive oil
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, strawberries, feta cheese, and pecans.
  3. Pour your coffee vinaigrette over the salad, mix well, and enjoy.

Coffee Dressing

Coffee dressing is an innovative vinaigrette that combines the acidity of vinegar with the intense and slightly bitter flavor of coffee.

Ingredients:

  1. Cooked quinoa
  2. Cooked chickpeas
  3. Diced cucumber
  4. Diced red pepper
  5. Chopped fresh cilantro
  6. Coffee dressing (see below)

Coffee dressing:

  1. 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. 2 espressos from your favorite Charlas Café, concentrated and cold.
  3. 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 clove of garlic, minced
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.

Apple chips with coffee and cinnamon

A crunchy, sweet, and aromatic snack with Charlas Café's special touch.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Apples.
  2. 1 tsp. cinnamon.
  3. 1/2 tsp. Finely ground coffee .
  4. 1 tsp. natural sweetener.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 100°C (200°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the apples very thin (1-2 mm) and mix the slices with cinnamon, coffee (and sweetener if using).
  3. Spread in a single layer on the tray.
  4. Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours, turning halfway through, until crisp.
  5. Let it cool in the oven with the door off and open so that they finish drying.

Rice and avocado toast with coffee

A healthy and original snack with all the aroma and flavor of Charlas Café.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 puffed rice toasts.
  2. 1/2 ripe avocado.
  3. 1/4 tsp. Finely ground coffee .
  4. Pinch of sea salt.
  5. Optional: Chili flakes.

Preparation:

  1. Spread: Mash the avocado and spread it on the rice toast.
  2. Season: Sprinkle the ground coffee and salt (and chili if using) on top.
  3. Add a little of your coffee dressing (prepared in the previous recipe).
  4. Serve: Enjoy instantly!

Mini chicken skewers with citrus coffee

Ingredients:

  1. 200g chicken breast (cubed).
  2. 1/4 cup Charlas Café cold brew.
  3. Juice of 1/2 lime.
  4. 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger.
  5. 1 tsp. honey or agave (optional).
  6. Mini skewers (sticks).
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Marinade: Combine cold brew, lime juice, ginger, honey/agave, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes (or longer in the refrigerator).
  2. Weapon: Thread the chicken cubes onto the mini skewers.
  3. Cooking: Grill or bake until the chicken is cooked and lightly browned.
  4. Add a little of your coffee dressing, (prepared in the previous recipe).
  5. Serve: Enjoy your skewers full of flavor.

Pears with ricotta cheese and coffee

Ingredients:

  1. 4-6 fresh pears.
  2. 2-3 tbsp. low-fat ricotta cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Make the Reduction: Heat the Charlas Café cold brew over low heat until slightly thickened (reduce by half). Let cool.
  2. Prepare pears: Wash the pears and cut them in half.
  3. Filling: Place a teaspoon of ricotta in the center of each pear half.
  4. Serve: Drizzle with the coffee reduction. Garnish with a sprinkle of finely ground coffee and mint, if desired.

Parmesan and coffee crackers

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup wheat flour (or whole wheat flour for healthier)
  2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/4 cup cold butter (or vegan margarine, cut into cubes)
  4. 1/2 tsp. Finely ground coffee
  5. 3 shots of espresso Chats Café
  6. 2-3 tbsp. cold water (or plant-based milk)
  7. Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Dry Mix: In a bowl, combine flour, parmesan, coffee, salt and pepper.
  2. Incorporate Fat: Add the cold butter and mix with your fingers until you get a sandy texture.
  3. Dough Form: Add the water or milk and espresso little by little, and knead briefly until a soft ball forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Stretch and Cut: Stretch the dough thinly (approx. 3 mm) and cut out the cookies with a cutter or knife.
  5. Bake: Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cool: Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.

Coffee Tiramisu

A modern Italian dessert originating from the Veneto region. Its name means "lift me up" or "pull me up," alluding to its stimulating effect due to the coffee and sugar.

Ingredients:

  1. Savoiardi biscuits (or sponge fingers).
  2. Freshly brewed espresso from your favorite Charlas Café®.
  3. Mascarpone cheese.
  4. Eggs.
  5. Sugar.
  6. Cocoa powder (for sprinkling).

Preparation:

  1. Prepare your Charlas Café® and let it cool.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar, mix them with mascarpone.
  3. Soak the cookies in the coffee.
  4. Create layers in a mold: cookies, cream, cookies, cream.
  5. Sprinkle with cocoa, refrigerate and enjoy it very cold.

Coffee Mousse

  2. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla extract.

The addition of coffee intensifies the chocolate flavor. This recipe was a mistake made by a US cook who wanted to make a chocolate cake. Without a doubt, the most delicious mistake!

Ingredients:

  1. 150 g of dark chocolate.
  2. 100 g of butter.
  3. 1 cup of sugar.
  4. 2 eggs.
  5. 1 cup of flour.
  6. 1/4 cup of your favorite Charlas Café® (finely ground).
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  2. Beat the sugar and eggs, then stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the flour and ground coffee, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
  4. Pour the batter into a square pan and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Coffee and Amaretto Panna Cotta

A smooth and silky dessert with the delicate contrast of Charlas Café coffee and the almond notes of Amaretto.

Ingredients:

  1. 500 ml of whipping cream
  2. 100 ml of Charlas Espresso Coffee (concentrated)
  3. 75g of sugar
  4. 3 sheets of neutral gelatin
  5. 50 ml of Amaretto

Preparation:

  1. Hydrate the gelatin in cold water. In a saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat.
  2. Drain the gelatin and add it to the hot cream, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the concentrated espresso and Amaretto.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual molds or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.

Coffee and Baileys Tartlets

Small and delicious tartlets with a smooth Charlas Café coffee cream and Baileys, on a crispy base.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package of shortcrust pastry (or pre-baked)
  2. 150 ml of Charlas Espresso Coffee (cold)
  3. 100g of sugar
  4. 2 egg yolks
  5. 50g of cornstarch
  6. 300 ml of milk
  7. 75 ml of Baileys Irish Cream
  8. Cocoa powder or grated chocolate for decoration

Preparation:

  1. If using shortcrust pastry, bake the tartlets according to the package instructions and let cool.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Gradually add the milk and coffee, mixing well to avoid lumps. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the Baileys. Fill the tartlets with this coffee and Baileys cream. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and decorate with cocoa or grated chocolate before serving.

Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

A delicious creamy ice cream with the intense flavor of your Charlas Café, perfect for cooling off in the heat.

Ingredients:

  1. 250 ml of whole milk
  2. 250 ml of whipping cream
  3. 150g of sugar
  4. 4 egg yolks
  5. 100 ml Charlas Espresso Coffee (concentrated, cold)

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream over medium heat until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy.
  3. Slowly pour the hot milk mixture over the beaten egg yolks, stirring constantly. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly and coats a spoon (it should not boil).
  4. Remove from heat, add the concentrated espresso, and mix well. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Process the mixture in an ice cream maker following the manufacturer's instructions until you reach the desired consistency. If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container and freeze, stirring every hour for the first 3-4 hours to prevent ice crystals.

Espresso Martini

The Espresso Martini was created in London in 1983 by bartender Dick Bradsell, who invented it at the request of a model who asked for a drink that would wake her up.

Originally known as "Vodka Espresso," its popularity grew rapidly, cementing itself as a classic of late-night cocktails.

Ingredients:

  1. 50 ml of vodka.
  2. 30 ml of coffee liqueur.
  3. 30 ml of intense espresso from Charlas Café® (chilled).
  4. Crushed ice.

Preparation:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur and Charlas Café® espresso.

Café Borgia

Café Brûlot

Café Brûlot has its roots in New Orleans, Louisiana. It's often associated with celebrations and elegant dinners, where it's prepared as a spectacle, flaming the liqueur before serving.

French-inspired, it is often served as a dramatic ending to a meal.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 liter of Charlas Café® coffee (strong and hot)
  2. 120 ml of brandy
  3. 60 ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier
  4. Peel of 1 lemon and 1 orange
  5. 4-6 cloves
  6. 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  7. Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat brandy, citrus liqueurs and spices in a saucepan.
  2. Flame the mixture.
