Preparation:
- Mix: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, Charlas Café espresso, and butter.
- Combine: Pour the liquids over the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined (lumps are fine).

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup roasted coffee beans (lightly ground optional)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- Optional: Sugar or sweetener to taste (for sweet popcorn)
Instructions:
- Infuse the oil: In a large pot over medium heat, heat the oil along with the ground coffee beans (if using). Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil takes on a light coffee aroma. Remove the coffee grounds with a slotted spoon and discard them.
- Make the popcorn: Add the kernels to the pot and cover immediately.
- Popping: Cook over medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally, until the popping becomes less frequent (a few seconds between each one).

- 3 shots of Charlas Café® whole bean espresso, brewed very intensely and cooled.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Stir in the cooled, very strong Charlas Café whole bean coffee , vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
- Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the dip has a smooth consistency.
- Refrigerate the dip for at least 15 minutes to thicken slightly.

Ingredients:
- 3 Shots of espresso Chats Coffee
- 4 slices of sandwich bread (or panini bread)
- 4 tablespoons hazelnut cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
- Butter or non-stick spray for the griddle
Preparation:
- Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix the hazelnut cream with the coffee paste until well combined.

- 1 package (400g) shortcrust pastry
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup milk
- 3 shots of intense Charlas Café coffee .
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup assorted fresh fruits
Preparation:
- Bases: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut out rounds of shortcrust pastry, place them in mini tart tins, prick them with skewers, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
- Cream: Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and cornstarch. Heat the milk until it boils, then slowly pour it over the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Return to the saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, whisking, until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Flavor: Add the Charlas Café coffee paste and vanilla to the cream. Chill the cream for at least 1 hour (cover it with plastic wrap, leaving it touching the surface).

- 1 1/2 cups flour

Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sugar, milk, coffee, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
